Locum Job Opportunity

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in South Carolina, about 90 minutes north of Charleston.

**Please note: You must be a Physician residing within the United States to be considered for this assignment. We are not able to provide Visa sponsorship to any candidates at this time.

Qualifications:

• License requirements: South Carolina or IMLC and willing to obtain
• Certification requirements: ABEM/IM/FM Accepted
• Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.): ACLS, PALS, BLS

Job Summary:

• Shift times: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
• Call Details (if applicable): No Call
  
• Additional details: What is the total number of hospital beds?: 45-49
• How many ED beds?: 13
• Will FM and/or IM trained clinicians be accepted?: Both
• What is the patient volume per hour?: 3
• Are scribe services offered?: no
• Additional Details: What is the current Staffing Model of this program (MD & APCs)?: 24hr physician coverage, APC coverage is currently between 8 to 12 hours-future hrs pending
• EMR: Epic
