We are seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a locum tenens position in Valdez, AK. This is an ED/hospitalist hybrid opportunity at a Level IV trauma center. Please see below for more information.
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Admit patients to inpatient; transfer critical patients to ICU team
See approximately 4 patients per shift
Work with 2 family physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
Active Alaska medical license or IMLC
DEA
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
Working Hours
Approximately 4 shifts per week
