- Dates: ASAP; Duration: 1 year
- Shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a; days, nights, weekends; on-site only
- No Call
- Coverage: 1 EM physician per shift at listed sites
- Beds: Rockport 8; Portland 12; Northwest 15; Doctors Regional 18
- Average daily census: Rockport 45; Portland 60; Northwest 60; Doctors 80
- Admissions: 10% at FSEDs; 20% at Doctors Regional
- Consults: Yes, multiple per day
- Trauma: Northwest and Doctors Regional are Level IV; Portland and Rockport are not; high acuity at all sites
- Procedures: Intubation, central lines, bedside ultrasound, OB deliveries, dislocation reductions, chest tubes, trauma management, laceration repair
- Support staff: APP coverage—Doctors Regional 24 hrs/day; Northwest 12 hrs/day; Portland 11 hrs/day; Rockport 9 hrs/day
- EMR: Meditech
- Certifications: ABEM
- No emergency or temporary privileges granted
- At least 2 years ED experience (FM with EM fellowship acceptable for FSEDs)
