- Dates: ASAP- ongoing 1 year
- Shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a; on-site; weekends and nights included
- No Call
- Beds: Rockport 8; Portland 12; Northwest 15; Doctors Regional 18
- Daily census: Rockport ~45; Portland ~60; Northwest ~60; Doctors Regional ~80
- Admissions: ~10% at FSEDs (Portland, Rockport); ~20% at Doctors Regional
- Trauma: Level IV at Northwest and Doctors Regional; Portland and Rockport are not trauma-designated
- Consults: Yes, multiple per day
- Procedures required: Intubation, central lines, ultrasound utilization, OB deliveries, dislocation reductions, chest tubes, trauma management, laceration repair
- Staffing: 1 EM physician per shift; APP support on site
- EMR: Meditech
- Certifications: ABEM required, FSEDs (Portland, Rockport) and Bay Area Ambulatory: ABFM or ABIM with significant ER experience acceptable
- Experience: ≥2 years ED experience for FSEDs; or Family Medicine with EM fellowship
- Credentialing: Case logs required; no emergency/temporary privileges
