Job description
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a fast-paced emergency department serving the High Desert community in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy practicing in a dynamic environment while making a meaningful impact in an underserved patient population.
Responsibilities
- Emergency Medicine " Night Shift position / day shiftavailable also
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00 PM " 6:00 AM
- Preferred schedule of 6"8 shifts per month
- Open to full-time, part-time, and per-diem candidates
- Day shift opportunities also available
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Perform emergency procedures including intubations, chest tube placement, and central line insertion
- Serve a diverse patient population in a fast-paced clinical environment
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room experience required
- Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently in a high-acuity setting
Compensation
- Hourly compensation ranging from $260"$300 per hour
