JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABMS/AOA)
  
• Licenses: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4
  
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and IN State Controlled Substance required
  
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required (ATLS at least once)
  
• Experience: Completed EM residency required
  
• Other Qualifications: CME Attestation, case logs for past 2 years
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages in a moderate-to-high acuity setting.
  
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff in a team-based care model.
  
• Perform emergency procedures including moderate sedation as required.
  
• Work a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
