This position is ideal for physicians who thrive in a solo provider environment while still benefiting from 24/7 hospitalist and radiology coverage and experienced Physician Assistant support.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
Work independently as a solo provider with PA support
Manage patient volume efficiently (~90–100 patients/day department volume)
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
Coordinate transfers for higher-level care when needed
Qualifications
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Comfortable working independently in a solo provider setting
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent patient care and communication abilities
Recent graduates welcome
