An established healthcare system in Miami is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join high-acuity emergency departments offering advanced emergency care services and strong multidisciplinary support. Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stabilize patients in high-acuity emergency department settings
• Perform emergency procedures and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems
• Participate in shift-based emergency coverage including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
• Support efficient patient flow and emergency department operations
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active Florida medical license and DEA certification preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
• New Emergency Medicine residency graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
