📍 Position Overview:

• Location: Oak Bluffs, MA
• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• Assignment Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: ~10 shifts/month (mix of evenings, days, and nights; nights preferred)
• Shift Options:
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Setting: Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department
• EMR: Epic

⚕️ Clinical Details:

• Patient Volume: 20–24 patients/day (~2.5–3 patients/hour)
• Beds: 25
• Patient Population: All ages (approx. 14% pediatrics)
• Work in a resource-limited setting with limited onsite specialty support—ideal for physicians confident in autonomous decision-making
• Experience in rural or community emergency settings is highly valued

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  
• Active Massachusetts license
• ACLS certification
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
