Job Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity starting ASAP. This role offers flexible 12-hour shifts with a preference for night coverage.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)
- Start: ASAP
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department
- ER Size: 8-bed newly remodeled facility
- Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day with mixed acuity
Support Staff:
- RN Emergency Department staff
- 24/7 Radiology services
- Lab technicians available
- Hospitalist support for admissions
Requirements:
- Board Certified (Emergency Medicine or equivalent)
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred)
- Active State License or IMLC eligibility
