Seeking BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join team as Assistant Medical Director in Ashtabula, Ohio
Position Highlights:
Community hospital affiliated with major health system
24-bed emergency department with approximately 27,000 annual visits
Medium-to-high acuity patient population
24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage daily
State-of-the-art facility with helipad for trauma transfers
Accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center
System-wide Epic EMR
Leadership opportunity with growth potential
Responsibilities:
Provide emergency medical care in the ED
Support departmental leadership, operations, and quality initiatives
Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient care and workflow
Participate in scheduling, performance improvement, and team development
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
Prior leadership experience preferred
