Emergency Medicine Physician
Texas | 1099 | Up to $265/Hour
Level IV Trauma | 31 Patients/Day | 12-Hour Shifts
She Recruits is partnering with a well-established Texas community hospital to recruit an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 1099 opportunity with competitive hourly compensation and steady volume.
This is an excellent fit for EM-trained physicians or experienced FP/IM physicians with strong emergency department background.
Compensation (1099)
Board Certified – Emergency Medicine
$265 per hour
Not Board Certified in EM (FP/IM with ED experience)
$255 per hour
Consistent hourly structure with 12-hour shifts.
Schedule
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12-hour shifts
Flexible scheduling potential depending on coverage needs.

10-bed Emergency Department
Level IV Trauma designation
~11,000 annual ED visits
~31 visits per day
~1.2 patients per hour

Balanced acuity with reasonable admission and transfer percentages.
Requirements
BC in Emergency Medicine or
BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ED experience
ACLS required
ATLS required
PALS required
Texas license or eligibility
