She Recruits is partnering with a South Texas community hospital to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians for a 1099 opportunity offering strong hourly compensation and a manageable ED volume.

Board Certified – Emergency Medicine
$285/hour (Day)
$305/hour (Night)
Not Board Certified in EM
$265/hour (Day)
$285/hour (Night)
High earning potential depending on shift mix.

25-bed acute care hospital
19-bed Emergency Department
Level IV Trauma designation
Newly opened hospital (2022)
~5,110 annual hospitalist encounters
~14 inpatient visits per day
~4 admissions per day
5% admission rate (high transfer-out model)
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Patient satisfaction tracked via Press Ganey
Clinical Environment
Open ICU
24/7 Teleneurology for ED stroke support
Specialty coverage includes:
General Surgery

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred
Will consider non-EM boarded physicians with appropriate experience
ACLS & BLS required
