A Texas-based health services network is seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Emergency Medicine team for a one-year assignment starting July 2025 in Marshall.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Varies (e.g., Monday: 7a-4p, 1p-9p; Sunday & Tues-Thursday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p; Friday - Sunday: 7a-7p)
- Hours: Depending on shifts
- Setting:
- Emergency Room
Responsibilities:
- Managing emergency cases and patient care
- Working collaboratively with medical staff
- Meeting annual patient volume and daily targets
- Maintaining accurate patient records using EPIC EMR
- Following hospital procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and residency in Emergency Medicine
- Active Texas state license and board certification
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Attention to detail
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Empathy and a patient-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Emergency procedures
- Prior experience in Emergency Care settings
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
