Rates: $325/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: July 1, 2026.

• Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts).

• Hours Needed: Seeking coverage for 100–125 hours per month (~10 shifts).

• Minimum Availability: Must provide at least 5 shifts (62.5 hours) per month to be considered.

• Patient Volume: 1.7–2.0 patients per hour (Annual volume: 19,500).

• Support: Mid-day APP coverage available; multiple on-site consult services.

• EMR: Epic.

Clinical Scope & Procedures

As the solo physician overnight, you will be responsible for stabilizing and diagnosing a wide variety of acute injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient mix of 90% Adult and 10% Pediatric.

• Provide critical care for Sepsis, Stroke, and STEMI patients.

• Interpret own X-rays during the overnight hours.

• Average of 5–6 admissions per night.

Required Procedures:

• Resuscitation and pressor support.

• Intubation and ventilation management.

• Ultrasound-guided IV placement.

• Cardiac pacing and defibrillation.

• Laceration repairs.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified (ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience.

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) License or IMLC in hand (Required).

• Certifications: Active ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and DEA (Required).

• Credentialing: 90-day timeframe; temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean record and active PA license.
