A health services network in Central New York is actively seeking a licensed Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team in Hamilton County, providing crucial healthcare services at a well-established facility with flexible scheduling options.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Primarily Days (open to Nights)
- Schedule: Flexible
- Hours: Variable
Responsibilities:
- Providing emergency medical care
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Participating in hospital committees as needed
- Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed residency in EM, IM, or FM
- Medical degree
- Active NY license + DEA (Schedules II-V, NY address)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Completed residency in EM, IM, or FM
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- DEA registration
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Medical Degree
- ATLS certification for FM/IM physicians
- Experience in Emergency Medicine procedures
