- Active Oregon license required OR proof license is near completion
- Board Requirements: ABEM

- Physician Coverage: 24h
- Mid-Level Coverage: 10h
- Trauma Level: IV
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital Beds: 14
- Emergency Department Beds: 9
- Nearest Trauma Center: PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend
- Specialty Backup: Limited (CAH)
