Practice Details
Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice PT (.5 FTE) in Perham, Minnesota. Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing, assisted living facility, and three clinics.
- Practitioners enjoy a shared practice concept and consists of 11 Family Medicine physicians, 13 APPs, 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, 1 Psychologist and 2 Surgeons; specialty outreach is provided by Detroit Lakes and Fargo providers
- APP works as second provider evenings and weekends
- 7,000+ ED visits annually
- Level IV trauma center
- Full lab and radiology on-site, plus advanced life support EMS that works in the field available to support the ED as needed
- 12 or 24 hour shifts and on average 36-48 hours per week
- Full time ER coverage
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $344,635 - $445,998
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
