Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician (Locum)
Position Overview:
A healthcare staffing partner is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide coverage at a community-based acute care facility. Qualifications:

BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

Active or eligible state medical license

Emergency medicine experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Conduct preventative care and routine examinations
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient care
Qualifications
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Medicine (ABFM), or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Active or eligible medical license
Current emergency medicine certifications
Working Hours
12 hour shifts
AM and PM

Emergency patient assessment and rapid clinical decision-making
Management of acute and urgent medical conditions
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Ability to work efficiently in a low-volume emergency department environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Time management and patient flow management in an emergency setting
Knowledge of emergency care protocols and best practices
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
