Director of Emergency Medicine
Beautiful Northern California
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Two (24-hr) shifts per week in the ED and light admin role dealing mainly with scheduling and physician issues
- Ideal Work Environment: On-site housing with meals provided
- Manageable Patient Volume: Avg. 12 patients per shift
- Strong Support: Strong support from executive team and CMO
- Practice Setting: 6-bed critical access hospital with just over 4k annual volume
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Annual compensation up to $427,000 (working 2 ED shifts per week and Director duties)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000 relocation assistance
- Full Benefits Package: Including health, dental, and 401k
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $400k through state and federal programs
- Additional Perks: On-site housing with meals provided
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensure: California licensed or ability to obtain California license
- Skillset: Emergency Medicine
- Experience: All experience will be considered
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available
