Position & Facility Overview

Join a high-performing Emergency Department at Franciscan Health Crown Point, a busy community hospital serving Northwest Indiana with approximately 33,000 annual ED visits. We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative clinical team in a fast-paced environment with strong APP support and reliable specialty backup.

Emergency Department Highlights

  • 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (MD/DO)
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
• Comfortable in a moderate-to-high volume ED setting

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Base + RVU Upside

• Day / Mid Shifts: $178.49/hour
• Night Shifts: $198.49/hour

Estimated Annual Base Earnings (1,440 Hours)

• Days/Mid Shift: ~$257,000 annually
• Nights: ~$286,000 annually
