The hospital operates a 26-bed acute care unit and is nationally recognized for its 143-bed long-term ventilator care center, the largest free-standing ventilator-dependent facility in the United States. Rockcastle Regional offers comprehensive services including emergency care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, oncology and infusion services, dialysis, rehabilitation therapies, pediatric services, and multiple rural health clinics. Qualifications
- Residents: Candidates currently in training must be enrolled in an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program and eligible for graduation.
- Licensure: Kentucky
- Board Certification: BC/BE EM, BE/BC IM, FM with ER Fellowship, or ER experience
- Experience: EM Residents Accepted, 2+ Yrs ER Experience for IM/FM Boarded Physicians
- Badges: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS required for non-EM boarded Physicians
