Locum Emergency Medicine Physician needed for varied shift coverage with a focus on morning and night shifts. Provider will support high-volume emergency services and may float between emergency departments as needed.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage high-acuity and trauma-level cases
• Collaborate with APPs, hospitalists, and specialty services
• Participate in ambulance and paramedic radio communication
Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts medical license (preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
• Clean background for expedited credentialing
• NPDB Self-Query within the last 30 days
• Local provider required (no travel arrangements provided)
Working Hours
• Day and night coverage required
• Weekend coverage required
Skills
• High-volume patient management
• Strong clinical decision-making
• EMR documentation (Meditech)
