The facility offers a collaborative environment with full support services including nursing, tech, radiology, and laboratory departments.

Opportunity:
Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:
• Float Pool position for PRN shifts through June 2026 with various scheduling options • Shift times available: 0600-1600, 0900-2100, 1400-0000, 2000-0600 • Manage approximately 1.8 patients per hour (total 80/day for department) • Full support from APPs (12 hours), nursing, tech, radiology, and lab teams • Must be Board Certified (not Board Eligible) in Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with minimum 2+ years of recent ED experience • Michigan license required at time of clearance (IMLC not accepted) • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (ABEM/ABOEM physicians need only ATLS) • Must be local to the area - no exceptions • Clean background required for expedited credentialing • Experience with a wide range of procedures including adult/pediatric care, orthopedic non-displaced fractures, suturing, incision & drainage • Proficient in emergency procedures: central and arterial lines, EKG interpretation, arthrocentesis, lumbar puncture, paracentesis • Comfortable with newborn resuscitation, psychiatric care, and industrial-related medical issues • Experience with ventilation management and acute volume/BP issues • Documentation in Cerner EHR system • Must meet all employee health requirements including vaccinations and TB testing • Clock in/out using DocTime system (reverse billing - no timesheets)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
