Intensivist / Nocturnist Opportunity – Critical Care
Location: Midland, TX
Setting: Inpatient / ICU
Employment Type: Employed, full-time, permanent position
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
Shifts: 12-hour nights
Position Highlights
* Join a multidisciplinary team of physicians and APPs
* Open ICU environment
* Responsible for night coverage of critical care patients
* Certified in full spectrum of ICU procedures including thoracentesis, chest tubes, bronchoscopies, central and arterial lines, and dialysis lines
* Hospital EMR in place
* Experience as a hospitalist preferred
* Serves a regional population of approximately 450,000
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary within the 60–75% MGMA range depending on experience
