- BC/BE Emergency Medicine
- 24-physician private practice group
- 100% democratic group
- Full partnership after Year 2
- 16 shifts per month
- 8-hour shifts
- Approximately:
- 14 day shifts
- 2 night shifts
- Dedicated nocturnist team (4 physicians)
- Carrollton ED: 40 beds
- Villa Rica ED: 36 beds
- Both are Level II Trauma Centers
- Carrollton: ~65,000 visits/year
- Villa Rica: ~45,000 visits/year
- Works at both Carrollton and Villa Rica EDs
- NP/PA support provided
- Year 1 salary: $325,000
- Year 2 salary: $350,000
- Partnership beginning Year 3
- Average partner compensation: ~$450,000
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- Start bonus: $50,000
- Relocation: Actual expenses covered up to $14,000
