ER Medical Director opening in Iowa Located in West Burlington, IA Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine doctor to join group that started in 1999. The founding physicians are still employed there. Stable group with lots of support!

• Work an average of twelve, 12hr shifts per month.
• Fair mix of shifts 7a - 7p, Noon-Midnight and 7p - 7a
• 30 bed ED with an avg of 100 visits per day
• Level III trauma center
• Excellent mix of pathology and plenty of interesting cases!

• 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grads
• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team’s growth
• Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.

• $525k+ earning potential ($295/hr) and $75k+ commencement bonus with high earning potential from day one.
