Compensation and Financial Benefits
ApolloMD is offering one of the strongest compensation packages in the region:
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for a two-year commitment
- $5,000 Relocation Bonus
- Day Shifts: $260/hour + RVUs
- Night Shifts: $280/hour + RVUs
- Core Members: Shifts beyond 12 per month can earn up to $300/hour + RVUs
- Clinician-Owned: Independent group—no outside ownership or private equity. Full-time clinicians can become an owner.
This structure maximizes both immediate earning potential and long-term wealth creation without the constraints of private equity ownership.
