This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare system serving the Eau Claire and Rice Lake communities. The emergency department handles a high volume of patients (over 20,000 visits per year) and operates as a Level 3 trauma center with 24-hour support services including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and radiology.

Job Details:
• Coverage needed for specific holiday dates at both Eau Claire and Rice Lake locations with ongoing opportunities available • Eau Claire coverage needed: Dec 24-28 days, Dec 24-25 nights, Dec 25-26 mids, Jan 1 day, Jan 1-2 mids • Rice Lake coverage needed: Dec 25-26 days, Dec 31 day and night (can add a 24-hour shift), Jan 1 day • Shift times at Eau Claire: 6:30a-6:30p, 6:30p-6:30a, 11a-11p, APC shift 8a-8p • Shift times at Rice Lake: 6:30a-6:30p, 6:00p-6:30a, APC 10a-10p • Will accept Family Medicine, Urgent Care physicians with experience - ABEM not required • First day will be a full orientation day Monday-Friday before the first scheduled shift • Temp privileges available for providers with clean file • Cross-credentialing/privileges at other system locations possible if interested • AHA certification required by Marshfield • Must not have any pending malpractice claims • Required certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS • ED receives newborn deliveries and facility has L&D department • Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
