Emergency Medicine Physician – Nights Only (Illinois, 90 Minutes from Chicago)
Join a well-established hospital located just 90 minutes from Chicago, Illinois, providing excellent emergency care to a supportive community. We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team for night shift coverage (7p–7a).
Position Highlights

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts only (7p–7a)

Census: Approximately 55–60 patients per day

Documentation: Cerner EMR system

Support: Dedicated APP on mid-shift for physician oversight

Procedures: Standard emergency department procedures
Requirements
-
Must hold an active Illinois medical license (IMLC not accepted)

Emergency Medicine residency trained (Family Medicine and Internal Medicine will not be considered)
Hospital Services

Available Onsite:
General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, PRN Urology, and GI (no ERCP; ERCP cases transferred) -
Not Available / Transferred Services:
Gastroenterology, Neurology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Interventional Radiology
