A leading health system in the Capital Region is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Physicians to join a well-established, collegial team providing nighttime inpatient critical care coverage at two hospital campuses in Albany and Troy, New York. This position offers flexible scheduling, a stable practice environment, and competitive hourly compensation.

#### Position Highlights:
Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM
Inpatient Coverage Only — no outpatient responsibilities
Closed ICU Model with established protocols and multidisciplinary support
Flexible Options: Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
Collaborative Team: Work alongside experienced intensivists, APPs, and hospital staff
EMR: Epic

#### Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
Active New York State Medical License and DEA
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to provide comprehensive ICU management overnight

$250 per hour base rate
