Opportunity: NP/PA - Emergency Medicine

This is a 0.9 FTE part-time position joining a team currently consisting of 1 Physician and 4 Family Practice and Emergency Medicine APPs. The role offers excellent potential for professional growth in emergency medicine within a collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Covering the emergency department for 72 hours - 2 weekends per month
• $20,000 starting bonus for a 1.0 FTE, pro-rated to FTE
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
• Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly
• Works collaboratively with other care team members to achieve team objectives
• Provides continuity of patient and family care
• Requires high level of customer service skills
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Emergency Medicine settings
• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and national certification

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. Estimated Hourly Rate: $100 - $125
