This is your chance to join a high-performing team in a Trauma Level III facility with strong specialty support, modern technology, and flexible scheduling.

💼 Position Highlights:
- Annual ED Volume: ~21,000 visits
- ED Beds: 9 (including trauma & psych)
- EMR: Cerner (Ochsner EPIC)
- Compensation:$300/hour, paid weekly
- Travel & Lodging: All expenses covered (flights, hotel, rental car, or mileage reimbursement)
- Malpractice: Fully covered
- Schedule: 6a–6p & 6p–6a
- Start Date: ASAP or by December 1, 2025
- 24-hour physician coverage
- 10-hour NP/PA daily coverage
- No call, no holidays
- Minimum 4 shifts/month
🩺 Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with NP/PAs and specialty consultants
- Deliver care in a fast-paced, modern ED
- Support continuity with inpatient and ICU teams
✅ Qualifications:
- MD or DO ABEM/ABIM/ABFM
- Active Louisiana license or IMLC eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, DEA required
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- If not EM-boarded, must have ACLS, ATLS, PALS and 2 years of ER experience
