Core Clinical Partners is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physicians to join the Emergency Medicine teams across the Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) system. Emergency Medicine Opportunities by Region

Harlan / Cumberland Valley Region (EMR: Meditech)

  • Harlan ARH Hospital – 150-bed facility, nationally recognized, with 14,500 annual ED visits
  • Middlesboro ARH Hospital – The system’s original hospital, 13,000 annual ED visits
  • Barbourville ARH Hospital – Critical access hospital, 11,500 annual ED visits

Kentucky River Region (EMR: Meditech)

  • Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center – Regional referral center, 25,000 annual ED visits
  • Whitesburg ARH Hospital – 14,000 annual ED visits
  • Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital – Critical access facility with a legacy in rural healthcare, 5,600 annual ED visits
    • Shift Options: Includes 24-hour shift availability

Big Sandy Region (EMR: Meditech)

  • Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Paintsville ARH Hospital, and Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center – Robust community EDs, with volumes up to 20,000 annually
  • ARH Our Lady of the Way, McDowell ARH Hospital, and Morgan County ARH Hospital – Low-volume, community-based hospitals with 24-hour shift options and volumes as low as 6,600

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Residency training in EM, FM, or IM required
Eligibility for licensure in Kentucky
