Job description
This is Lucy Ducre with Ascend Medical Staffing. I am working with a facility in Arizona in need of ABEM certified or eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for Locum Tenens coverage!
Here are a few details:
Location: Arizona - Northwest New Mexico, only a few hours drive North to the Southern Rockies, or East to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. World Class skiing is close and the area has superb hiking and fishing opportunity.
Population: The staff consists of primary care physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, at a 20 bed hospital. The annual emergency room cases number of about 14,643.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, can be Day- 8am to 8pm; Swing- 10am to 10pm; Night- 8pm to 8am
Start: ASAP - 6 month contract, at least 7 shifts per month required
Credentialing: Very in depth credentialing, security and health clearance required
Requirements: Active License in any state, Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications, ABEM certified or eligible, completed a US residency program, DEA license, Immunization records, NPDP Report
