• 3 immediate openings (1 daytime and 2 nocturnist)

• Main ED: $260/day $270/night FSEDs $250/day and night
• 10-12 hour shifts available, 120 hours per month but no cap on monthly shifts
• Rotation between main ED and Free Standing EDs
• Main has 5 physicians and 2-4+ APPs, FSEDs are staffed according to volume
• Nursing coverage 1:3 (1:4 max)
• LWBS under 1%
• No proximity residency requirement
• Main ER: 42 beds, 2 other FSED are 12 and 8 beds
• 50,000 annual ER visits annually with physician seeing 1.5-1.7 PPH
• Very low transfer rate
• No hallway beds ever
• Level III trauma: Chest Pain Center with established STEMI program and 24/7 Interventional Cardiology services. Closed ICU supported by Intensivists with Surgicalists on call to assist ED when needed
• Open to experienced and new grads
• Teaching is offered but not required
• EMR: Cerner with Dragon Dictation
• No call
