A high performing Emergency Medicine team in the Myrtle Beach, SC area has an opportunity for an ER physician to join their team.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician

- Department is expanding to meet demand
- 2 positions available
- Traditional ER - 12 hour shifts - 3 days a week with 4 physicians and APP covering 10 hour shifts
- Free Standing ED - 12 hour shifts - 3 days a week with 2 physicians/day and APP coverage as volume requires
- Rotations between both facilities are expected though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered
- No call responsibilities are required
- Shifts are structured to promote flexibility, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance
- EMR used is Cerner with Dragon Dictation for efficient charting
- Specialist Access - closed ICU with intensivist support, surgicalist coverage, and a robust network of specialists
- Low transfer rate and admission rates
- K-1/1099 compensation model offering higher earning potential and immediate access to full equity partnership from day one
- Strong hourly rate with RVU productivity
