Emergency Medicine Physician opening – Conway, SC Position Details

  • Physician-led Emergency Medicine group with a strong culture of collaboration and quality-focused care
  • Immediate openings: - 3 Emergency Medicine physicians (including 2 dedicated nocturnists)
  • Planned growth: - Looking to add 9+ physicians over the next 2 years
  • Minimum of 120 hours per month with unlimited additional shifts available
  • 10-hour and 12-hour shift options
  • No call responsibilities
  • Rotations between the main Emergency Department and Free-Standing EDs (exclusive FSED coverage may be considered)
  • Main ED staffing: 5 physicians daily with 2‚Äì4+ APPs
  • APP support includes Provider-in-Triage coverage
  • Patient flow metrics: - 1.5‚Äì1.7 patients per hour in the main ED - LWBS under 1%
  • Shifts structured to support flexibility and long-term work-life balance
