Envision is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our established Emergency Medicine team at Desert View Hospital, offering a supportive culture and a rewarding clinical practice. Requirements: Must have 1 year of Emergency Department experience. Position Profile: 21,000 annual ED volume 12% admission rate 17% transfer rate (higher level of care) Bed layout 11 main ED beds 4 hallway beds (typically in use during peak hours) 5 Fast Track beds/chairs During daytime hours (roughly 11am–8pm), the ED, hallway beds, and Fast Track are often completely full. Night shifts are significantly slower APP coverage 10am - 10pm only No night coverage required Cerner EMR W2 status with comprehensive benefits package
