Shift Times- 6:30a-5:30p / 12p -10p / 7:30p - 6:30a
30k Annual Volume, Trauma Level III
30 Physician Hours, 20 APP Hours
EMR: EPIC
Quick Credentialing Timeline- 30-60 days
BC OR BE -ABEM OR AOBEM
Active KY License or IMLC
