*Location: SW NM; Mckinley County; Eastern Edge of the Navajo Reservation
* Start Date: ASAP - as soon as credentialed; Credentialing timeframe is only a few weeks
*End Date: Ongoing; 3-6 month commitment preferred
*Schedule: minimum of 7 days (consecutive) per month; prefer at least 2 weeks per month
*Shifts: There are 3 shifts available: days 8a-8p, swing 10a-10p, nights 8p-8a
*Requirement:
- Any U.S. active, unrestricted license
- Active DEA license (any state)
- ABEM Certified or truly eligible
- Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
- 2 years experience minimum
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Must commit to minimum of 7 consecutive days per month
- Must submit updated CV with response to this post
- Must be up to date on all immunizations (including Covid) and medical tests
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: $240/hour - ALL INCLUSIVE
