*Location: Tucson, AZ Metro Area
*Setting: Hospital (3 different sites)
*Start Date: December 1, 2023
*End Date: Ongoing
*Requirements:
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible; must be trained to treat pediatric cases
- Active, unrestricted AZ License
- Clean background/DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- ACLS, ABLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Must include CV
- Must include your availability for start and ongoing
- Must supervise APPs
*EMR: Cerner
*Credentialing timeframe 60-120 days after all provider documents are received; No Temp Privileges
*Patients per shift: 18-20
*Rate is open. Give me your going rate and your bottom line rate and I’ll work to get the higher of the two.
