Located in Rensselaer, IN, Franciscan Health Rensselaer has over 40 physicians providing primary care and specialty services such as cardiology, orthopedics, urology, oncology, and more through hospital-based outpatient clinics in the surrounding community.

Rensselaer is the county seat of Jasper County in northwest Indiana, with a population of just under 6,000 people. The city enjoys a small community atmosphere and hosts many annual events to bring the community together. Rensselaer is within easy driving distance to Indianapolis and Chicago, with both destinations less than a two hour's drive.
