*Location: Lane County Oregon; Coastal Town; 65 miles from Eurgene/Springfield Metro Area; Gorgeous Ocean Views; Primarily Retirement Community
*Need: EM Provider; Ongoing; at least 12 shifts per month
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed
*End Date: Ongoing; Prefer a 6 month commitment
*Shift Schedule: 12 hours; 9a-9p or 9p-9a; schedule is variable
*Patients: all ages, primarily adult
*Volume: 20 patients per day; fairly low acuity
*Trauma Level 4
*All specialties and transfers to Eugene/Springfield
*Requirements:
- Board Certified EM Physician
- Active, unrestricted OR License
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts)
- Ability to work solo
- ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Certifications
- Must commit to 12 shifts per month/6 month minimum
*EMR: Epic (prefer provider who is already proficient)
*Rates: Very Competitive
*Travel & lodging provided
