  • Pay Rate: $210/hour (base pay) plus night differential, bonuses, incentives

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a busy Level II trauma center
  • Manage a high acuity caseload of approximately 60,000 annual visits
  • Collaborate with mid-level providers and hospitalist teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize clinical decision units for observation and disposition of patients
  • Participate in quality improvement and trauma review initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and state medical standards
What You Need

Required:

  • Medical license in Alabama (or eligible)
  • Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
  • Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills in high-acuity environments

Preferred:

  • 2+ years emergency department experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
