- Monday Oct 23, 9a-3p (Orientation)
- Tuesday Oct 24 through Friday Oct 27, 8a-8p
- Friday Nov10 through Wed Nov 15, 8a-8p
- Sunday Dec 3 through Friday Dec 8, 8a-8p

*Clinic Volume: 30 patients per day
*Requirements:
- Board Certified EM Physician
- Active, unrestricted MI license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current or unresolved cases or large payouts in past 7 years)
- BLS certification
*EMR: Meditech
*Travel & Housing provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: Not set; Please provide me your going rate
