Emergency Medicine Provider needed in Kalamazoo County, MI
*Location: Kalamazoo County, Michigan
*Setting: Hospital
*Start Date: October 2, 2023
*End Date: December 22, 2023
*Shift: Days, 8a - 8p
*Dates needed:
- 10/2/23 - 10/8/23 (10/2/23 is 9a-2:30p for Orientation)
- 10/26/23 - 10/31/23
- 11/10/23 - 11/15/23
- 11/25/23 - 11/30/23
- 12/3/23 - 12/8/23
- 12/17/23 - 12/22/23
*Requirements:
- Board Eligible EM minimum
- Active, unrestricted MI License
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts in previous 7 years)
- BLS certification
*Credentialing can be accomplished in 30 days
*EMR: Meditech
* Emergency Department sees 30 Patients per 24 hours
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
