Ongoing/FT Emergency Physician Needed in NW Washington
*Location: NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast; Outdoor recreation, small town feel, quaint and beautiful town
*Setting: Small Community Hospital
*Start Date: June 1
*End Date: September 1 (option to extend)
*Coverage: Give me your availability: # days/week available, # weeks per month available, start date
*Shifts: 24 hours; 9am-9am; give me your availability
*Requirements:
- ·Active, unrestricted WA license
- ·Clean WA DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- ·BE/BC
- Clean Malpractice/NPDB (no large payout in previous 7 years)
*Rate: $180/hour
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
