Location: SEMN Region – provider will be credentialed for Albert Lea; Austin; Cannon Falls, Owatonna; Lake City and Red Wing – Mayo Clinic and Allina credentialing process

Length Of Assignment: starting ASAP - ongoing

Call Requirements: NO CALL ; SHIFT WORK

Selling Points /Hot Buttons for client: Provider that has Current, CLEAN & Active Minnesota licensure; PREFER Licensed Candidate; Commit to at least 7-15 shifts per month – ongoing
Qualifications: Licensed in MN; Clean, Active DEA
PALS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, CALS – AHA Certified
Reason for Coverage Need: Need additional support
Start Date: ASAP – contract thru October 2023
Minimum Length Accepted: 3-4 months minimum
Schedule: BOTH Days and Night shifts –client prefers candidate that can be flexible to either shift. Shift Times per site listed below.
12 hour shifts: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Support Staff and Team Structure: Emergency Medicine Team; Nurses; NP/PA; Paramedics; Social Work; RN Case Manager; PT
Additional Information: All level 4 trauma center; Visits Austin, 22000, Albert Lea 18000, Owatonna 18500, Red Wing 14000, Cannon Falls 4200, Lake City 3500
