A critical access hospital in Northern Minnesota is adding a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to lead their team. This is a hospital employed position with one of the largest health systems in the U.S.

Position Specifics

  • Full-time with 12-14, 12-hour shifts per month
  • Lead emergency & trauma for the medical center (15% administrative; 85% clinical)
  • Collaborate with providers in over 10 specialties locally
  • Evaluation and peer review of medical staff, assessing ER efficiency, and continuing quality improvement initiatives
